Well-equipped rooms, thanks a lot for really amazing stay!!!

it has well-trained and very efficient staff and good facilities. very good service, they provide a private parking and free wi-fi. the location is unbeatable, at a short distance from a catholic monument.

The hotel boasts a fantastic children's wellness area, perfect for kids aged 6 to 12. They can enjoy fun activities and unwind on weekends and holidays until noon. It's a great spot for them to have a blast and relax!

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor play areas for children.

Quiet location

Room design modern but impractical and in some cases quite dangerous.There was no hot water on one morning,nobody gave a toss.A long way from the station

We spend 6 nights in nh Olomouc Congress Hotel this summer. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was carefully picked for us on the 5th floor so we had fewer neighbors and the view was very nice. The hotel has a sport centrum with excellent tennis courts; we were able to hire a baby sitter there for our 2.5year old baby while we played tennis. There was also a nice outdoor restaurant Aqua with a nice local kitchen and excellent beer. We would definitely come back next time.

everything here was pretty decent. the place was kept clean, and the nighttime staff seemed well-trained and attentive. 👍

The hotel is new, it is a real 4 star hotel. Nice room, very spacious. The breakfast was really good. It is possible to park the car outside for free.

You have to walk arround 10 min. to reach the center. The fitness center is not in the hotel and you have to pay for it. The hotel does not accept any fidelity program, expect NH hotels.

This was a hotel that was well equipped, well trained staff who were keen to keep the hotel standards high. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.
